top M&W System TechnologyM&W's PLUGLESS™ design and machining capacity is an excellent example of the integration of several unique but interrelated technologies into what we call M&W's SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY. It's when the combination of separate individual technologies adds up to more than the sum of the parts, when used together in a process.A 2nd example is when we generate a rough initial RFQ CAD model, which can be used to price your application. Once we receive your order we can use this base model to quickly create a final drawing for you, from which we create the code for the CNC's and the code for CMM to check the part. It's FAST, accurate, and less labor intensive, which reduces cost while enhancing value. A 3rd example is when you call in to expedite an order and we can see in real time through sophisticated process control software exactly where your order is by operation and sequence number. This allows more accurate delivery estimation/scheduling. This data is available because of 100% computerized shop floor data collection interfaced with manufacturing and business control software. This same information can be combined electronically with your manifold date code and archived inspection documents so that M&W can track lots and batches accurately for QC or warranty purposes. M&W believes this is an excellent example of the integration of multiple unique technologies to provide more tangible manifold value. A 4th example is when we take software and through custom programming enhance it to allow significantly improved and unique capabilities in CAD and CAM that allow us to run your prototype efficiently in single fixturing, then reprocess proven code for use in multiple fixture machining for higher volume production. topComputerized Error CheckingM&W will double-check your circuit schematic, pressure drops and related specifications to prevent circuit connection errors. M&W can provide a wide variety of what we call CUSTOMIZED STANDARD™ manifolds which are like standard bar manifolds with a "TWIST" of unique features. Like the same as a standard D03 or D05 bar manifold, except for …… unique valve spacing, unique port locations and combinations with cartridges for added functionality.
